In a year of great change, Phillida Reid Gallery needed better ways to connect to their client base and a wider audience. We created new modes of viewing exhibitions online and a space to curate artworks and share them in private.
To reference the physical space, the website’s colours shift slowly over the course of a day, based on British Standard Time.
To make the news updates more useful, the list can be filtered by type and sorted by artists, dates or venues.
Private Showrooms
To replace the practice of sending compressed pdf files to collectors, we created interactive private exhibitions. They are conversational, are easy to adapt or change, and above all they house multimedia content for an immersive experience.
At the heart of the showcase are the individual exhibitions. They can be viewed in different modes, with detail images for each artwork and direct enquiry via a short form.
Towards the end of an exhibition, an index of displayed artworks, participating artists and press excerpts provides further context.
